I recently had the very best car buying experience at north park Lexus at dominion! My sales expert Nathan, was extremely knowledgeable about the brand and vehicles on the lot! Nathan really revived my faith in the car buying process. Always professional and friendly in every interaction. Super down to earth and eagerly answered all of my questions. Not only that, he was able to find the exact match to my description and checkboxes of wants. Somehow Chris also made the finance part a pleasant experience! I've never been able to say that before. As a "new to Lexus" buyer, I have to say, they blew me out of the water in overall experience. I've been a long standing Infiniti owner and they completely won me over! I love my Lexus and with this kind of experience, I'll be back!

Where to start? Well, let's start where most of us do, with Service! Outstanding service! I cannot say more good things about Mitchell Long and his expertise, willingness to answer questions and provide information - he went above and beyond! I was looking for a Lexus IS, and had one of the worst experiences of my life while shopping/test driving in Austin Texas. I wasn't ready to just give up, so I gave Northpark Lexus In San Antonio a call and was put in touch with Mitchell Long. Mitchell was able to find the vehicle that I wanted, answer all of my questions and completely put me at ease regarding my purchase. Whereas the salesperson in Austin got short and snippy with me, Mitchell always remained calm and patient, never once questioning me. If I did not understand something about the vehicle, he would answer my questions - all the while, maintaining a positive, professional attitude! I highly recommend that you give Northpark Lexus a try. If you live in Central Texas and are in market for a new car, you don't want to miss out on this experience! I purchased a beautiful, low mileage, 2016 RX350 on February 29th, 2024 over the phone. I live in Austin, Texas and North Park Lexus at Dominion is in San Antonio. I saw the car listed on Edmund's Website on a Sunday night. The next morning, bright and early, I received a phone call from, Fernando Maldanado, an amazing guy. very profess, knows his stuff, while being warm and attentive at the same time. we chatted and I affirmed I was interested in the car and he said he'd have someone bring it right out to my home for me to insoect and text drive. I said that would be great but I live in Austin. Mr. Maldanado said no problem. That evening a terrific young man brought the car for me to inspect. It was everything and more than previously stated. It was showroom new despite being 8 years old. I said id take it. we shook hands and the next day Mr. Maldanado called and we agreed on a great price . He sent an agreement via DocuSign I signed. Spoke a few minutes with Frank James in finance.That evening they brought the papers to me to sign hard copies. The next day my beautiful RX350 was delivered to me. couldn't be more thrilled. North Park Lexus at Dominion was the easiest and most wonderful car buying process I've ever experience. i was dreading having to buy a car. But now I'm disappointed I can't buy one everyday it was so easy. so, if you're in the market for a Luxury car from a luxury Dealership then go to see Fernando Maldanado (don't forget that name, Fernando Maldanado) for the best car buying experience of your life. Amazing guy and amazing Dealership. P.S. Get this, every 5,000 miles they'll come pick it up, leave me a loaner. Take my car back to North Park Lexus at Dominion, service the car and bring it back to me in Austin. Wow!
